Warranty Coverage for Home & Commercial Gym Equipment

  • All home and commercial use products include a 6 to 12-month warranty (check individual product pages for exact details).
  • Selected heavy-duty and professional-grade equipment includes a lifetime frame warranty.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use conditions. This ensures your investment is protected whether you are training at home, managing a PT studio, or operating a full commercial fitness facility.

  • Details of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault

Repairs & Replacements

Once your warranty claim has been reviewed, we will determine the most suitable resolution:

  • For minor issues, replacement parts will usually be sent for quick and easy repair.
  • For major faults, the item may need to be returned for repair or full replacement at our discretion.
  • We aim to resolve warranty matters promptly so you can get back to training without unnecessary delays.

Warranty Claims & Exclusions for Home & Commercial Gym Equipment

While our warranty is comprehensive, certain exclusions apply. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, or external factors. Exclusions include, but are not limited to:

  • Accidents, natural disasters, fire, water, or storm damage
  • Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorised modifications
  • Damage from faulty power supply or cables
  • Negligence, theft, or abuse
  • Dropping weights or using equipment on unsuitable surfaces
  • Normal wear and tear on consumable parts such as paint, belts, brushes, pads, footplates, and pedals
  • Damage from pests (e.g., mice, cockroaches)
  • Rust, salt build-up, or corrosion from improper storage or cleaning
  • Entry of liquid, moisture, or dirt into the product
  • Repairs or servicing performed by unauthorised technicians

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain equipment in line with our Product Care Guide to ensure warranty validity.
