Eligible Models With A 10-Year Structural Frame Warranty
"Structural frame" refers to the main steel frame and structural welds, the load-bearing components that give the unit its strength and stability. Powder coating, paint, surface finish, scratches and other cosmetic deterioration are excluded from structural frame coverage. The warranty period does not change solely because of where the machine is installed. Coverage remains subject to the product's stated usage classification, load capacity and intended duty cycle.

What The Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects and faults that arise under normal, intended use, in line with the category and component warranty periods set out above.
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear that is not the result of a manufacturing defect
- Cosmetic scratches, surface marks, paint or powder-coating deterioration that do not affect the covered structural integrity or function
- Normal upholstery, grip or coating wear
- Damage or failure caused by misuse, abuse or use outside the product's intended purpose
- Damage or failure caused by exceeding the product's stated load capacity or intended duty cycle
- Damage or failure caused by incorrect assembly or installation
- Damage or failure caused by unauthorised modifications or repairs
- Damage or failure caused by use outside the product's stated Home, Light Commercial or Commercial classification
- Damage caused by outdoor or uncovered use where the product is not specifically approved for that environment
- Rust or corrosion caused by moisture, salt, sweat accumulation, inappropriate storage or lack of reasonable care
- Water or liquid damage not arising from a covered manufacturing defect
- Damage caused by dropping or impact beyond what the product is designed to withstand
- Damage or failure caused by a lack of reasonable maintenance where maintenance is required for the product
- Damage occurring after handover during transport arranged by the customer, where that transport caused the damage
Normal Wear vs Manufacturing Defect
A manufacturing defect is a fault arising from defective materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. Whether a particular issue is a manufacturing defect will depend on the circumstances and, where necessary, assessment of the product.
Normal wear and tear is the gradual deterioration that occurs naturally through regular use, such as fading upholstery, worn grip coatings, stretched cables after extended heavy use, or surface scuffing on a frame. Where it is unclear which applies, we will assess the product and may take usage patterns into account in reaching a fair outcome.
Home, Light Commercial & Commercial Use
Warranty coverage is based on the specific model and its published warranty. The warranty period does not change solely because of where the machine is installed. For G3S, G5S, G7S, G9S Pro, XF10, XG75 and XG90, the published warranty remains 10-year structural frame, 12-month cables & pulleys and 3-month attachments. All warranty coverage remains subject to the product being used within its stated usage classification, load capacity and intended duty cycle. A Home Grade or Light Commercial product used outside its intended environment or duty cycle may fall outside the voluntary warranty terms. Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
Maintenance & Servicing
Maintenance may include inspection, adjustment, tightening, lubrication, cable or pulley checks, and replacement of worn parts where required. We will advise you before replacing chargeable parts or carrying out additional work outside the agreed maintenance scope. Maintenance charges do not apply to work that we are required to provide at no cost under an applicable warranty or your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
How To Make A Warranty Claim
Freight, Labour & Service Costs
Unless stated on the individual product page or agreed with you in writing, freight, travel and labour are not automatically included under this voluntary warranty. Where Australian Consumer Law requires us to bear reasonable transport, collection, return or other costs in connection with a faulty product, those rights continue to apply. For large or heavy gym equipment, collection or transport arrangements will be assessed based on the product, the fault and the applicable Australian Consumer Law rights. If you incur reasonable transport or return costs that we are required to reimburse, please provide your receipt or other proof of the expense with your warranty claim. If, after assessment, the product is found not to have the reported fault, any collection or inspection charge will only be requested where permitted by law and where a reasonable estimate of that cost was provided to you before collection or inspection. We will explain any proposed costs or arrangements before proceeding. Nothing in this section limits any right or remedy you have under Australian Consumer Law.
