Kerbside / Ground Floor Only Deliveries are made to ground level only. Drivers cannot carry items upstairs, into lifts, or inside your property. Please plan accordingly before ordering.

Items Over 25kg — Assistance Required A capable person must be available to assist the driver with unloading. Standard delivery is by a single driver. If no assistance is available, contact us in advance to arrange a tail lift — additional charges may apply.

Access Requirements Ensure safe and clear access for delivery vehicles. Stairs, narrow pathways, steep driveways or difficult access may require a custom quote. Contact us before ordering if access is restricted.

Yes. We deliver to Melbourne Metro and Brisbane Metro at a flat rate of $250 for orders over $2,500. For orders under $2,500, freight is calculated at checkout. We also offer free depot pickup in Melbourne (Derrimut VIC 3026) and Brisbane (Archerfield QLD 4108) for orders over $2,500.
Sydney Warehouse pickup (Milperra NSW 2214) is always FREE — no minimum order required.
