Shipping Terms and Conditions
We offer shipping Australia-wide at exceptionally low rates!
Shipping costs vary depending on postcode, location, weight, and dimensions of the total order.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If our couriers cannot reach your address, you will need to arrange a private courier or collect from the nearest depot.
All stock is held in our warehouse and dispatched from there. We do not drop ship.
If you order both pre-ordered and in-stock items, we will dispatch the order once the pre-order item arrives. To ship in-stock items first, please contact us for a quote.
Processing Your Order
Please allow up to 21 days for us to pick, pack, and dispatch your order.
Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS with tracking details.
If a shipment cannot be fulfilled within 21 days due to unforeseen issues, we will determine the best resolution. Refunds are not eligible.
All orders leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary based on location, weight, and dimensions.
Metro areas may have flat rates, while other locations are charged per KG based on postcode.
To calculate shipping costs, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout where rates will be displayed.

Pre-Orders
Estimated arrival times are subject to manufacturing delays, shipping disruptions, or congestion at ports.
Arrival estimates:
- Early: 1st - 10th
- Mid: 11th - 20th
- Late: 21st - 31st
If no specific date is provided, the item may arrive any time that month.
In-Stock Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on courier operations and external factors:
- Brisbane: 2-6 days
- Sydney: 2-5 days
- Melbourne: 2-6 days
- Other Cities: 5-21 days
Collections
Currently, we do not offer pick-ups.

If a delivery attempt fails, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you opt for our 14-day money-back guarantee, freight/delivery costs are non-refundable.
Change-of-mind returns will incur shipping costs at the buyer’s expense.
We do not currently ship internationally.
