Thank god I found this and it's local. So sick of reading about bodgy workmanship or crap customer service...nd that's after paying a fortune for something you thought was quality. This bench is a beast. Looks like you could ride to battle in it yet it's easy to put together and move with the wheels. No it's not foldaway: it's an incline bench not a picnic table. I can lift with confidence knowing it's not going to wobble or buckle.

Great Machine - perfect for a home gym. Easy to put together following instructions. Smooth mechanisms and heaps of extras included in the package. I also love that the weight holders and cable plate loading can be changes between olympic weight plate size and smaller standard weight plates. I get full use of all plates (even my old standard ones).

I bought the Standard FID Weight Bench for my home gym. It is very strong and can change to flat, incline, and decline easily. The padding is comfortable and supports me well during exercises. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear. It is good for many workouts and fits nicely in my space. Great value for the price.
