1. General Safety Warnings
- Use as Intended: This equipment is intended for domestic or commercial gym use only, as specified. Misuse may lead to injury or equipment failure.
- Adult Installation Only: Installation must be performed by an adult with appropriate tools and capability. Incorrect assembly may cause serious injury.
- Keep Children & Pets Away: Never allow children or animals near the equipment during assembly or use unless supervised.
- Medical Clearance: If you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using any gym equipment.
2. Installation Requirements
Recommended Tools:
- Socket wrench set
- Allen key set (often included)
- Phillips and flathead screwdrivers
- Spirit level
- Rubber mallet
- Torque wrench (for securing bolts to spec)
Installation Surface:
- Ensure the floor is level, stable, and capable of supporting the load
- Non-slip rubber gym flooring is strongly recommended
- For fixed rigs or tall equipment, anchoring to wall studs or concrete floors is essential for safety
Assembly Area: Leave at least 1 metre of clearance around equipment for safe use. Avoid installing in damp or poorly ventilated areas.
3. Assembly Instructions
- Check Package Contents: Verify all parts against the instruction manual. Contact us if anything is missing or damaged.
- Follow the Step-by-Step Manual: Do not modify or skip steps. Use only the provided or approved replacement parts.
- Pre-fit Then Tighten: Loosely install bolts first for alignment. Fully tighten all hardware after fitting.
- Stability Check: Test stability by applying firm pressure after setup. Anchor if needed.
4. Safe Use Guidelines
- Check bolts and pins before every use
- Never exceed the equipment’s weight capacity
- Use proper form and control
- Use a spotter for heavy lifts
- Avoid distractions during workouts
- Use only in dry, well-lit environments
5. Maintenance & Inspection
- Weekly: Check for loose bolts, cracks, or worn parts
- Monthly: Lubricate joints, pulleys, or bearings
- After Heavy Use: Inspect cables and structural parts
- Cleaning: Use non-corrosive wipes. Avoid water near electronics
Note: Poor maintenance may void your warranty.
