We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit, which is why we’ve created a clear and fair return policy for both home gym users and commercial fitness facilities. Our goal is to make the process simple, transparent, and stress-free.

Refunds & Returns for Home & Commercial Gym Equipment

14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery on eligible items.

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorisation.
  • Items must be new, unused, unassembled, and returned in original or secure packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or tax invoice) is required. Bank statements are not accepted.
  • Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • No restocking fee applies.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for another item of equal value. The fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are excluded from our refund and return policy:

  • Products from clearance, final sale, ex-demo, discontinued, bundle, or promotional collections.
  • Items with installation services already booked or completed.
  • Customised, made-to-order, or pre-order items.
  • Products that have been assembled, installed, damaged, or are no longer in resale condition.
  • Gift cards.
  • Ex-display or demo products.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we’ll provide a repair or replacement part. A full refund will only be issued if the problem cannot be resolved with repair or replacement.

Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@247gymequipment.com.au within 14 days of delivery.
  2. If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Authorisation with step-by-step instructions.
  3. Return items to:
    Unit 10, 202 Milperra Road, Milperra NSW 2214.

Note: Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transfer.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.
