Refund & Return Policy – 24/7 Gym EquipmentÂ
At 24/7 Gym Equipment, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right, and we offer flexible return options to make the process smooth and fair for everyone.
14-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee from the date of delivery on eligible items.
To be eligible:
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery and obtain a return authorisation before sending the item back.
- Items must be in new, unused condition, unassembled, and returned in original or secure packaging.
- You must provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or tax invoice – bank statements are not accepted).
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- There is no restocking fee.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery for another size or product of equal value, subject to the same return conditions. The fastest option is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are excluded from our refund and exchange policy:
- Items from 28 collections marked as final sale (clearance, ex-demo, discontinued, bundle, or promotional)
- Items with installation services already booked or performed
- Customised, made-to-order, or pre-order items
- Items that have been assembled, installed, damaged, or are not in resalable condition
- Gift cards
- Ex-display or demo products
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. In most cases, a repair or replacement part will be provided. A refund will only be offered if the issue cannot be resolved with a fix or replacement.
Return Process
- Email us at sales@247gymequipment.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item.
- If eligible, we’ll issue a return authorisation with instructions.
- Return the item to:

Note: Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or payment provider to finalise the transaction.
If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
