OUR 14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
  • We will strive to ensure that you are happy with your online purchase however we advise that products are carefully chosen. 

  • Refunds are offered within 14 days of delivery of the purchased goods.

  • Alternatively, we offer an exchange of any product for another size or to equal value within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided to be eligible for both a refund or an exchange.

  • Return freight costs are excluded.



REFUND AND RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
In the event that you change your mind after placing your order, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund or exchange on the purchase price of the product/s, provided that all of the following conditions are met:
  • You notify us within 14 days of receipt of dispatch date and/or order arrival date and organise a return authorisation prior to sending the goods back to 247 Gym Equipment.

  • In the case of services, the services have not already been performed/organised/booked in.

  • The product/s is not a pre-order labelled item.

  • The product/s is not a made-to-order or custom-produced item (whereby the item takes 14-16 weeks to custom create and build based on the buyer’s preferences).

  • The product/s are in new condition and have not been used, damaged, installed or assembled.

  • The product/s are in the original packaging or suitably packaged to prevent transportation damage.

  • The product is in a resalable condition.

  • The product/s is not a gift card.

  • The product/s has not been customised or altered at the request of the buyer.

  • The product/s was not purchased during a sale/promotion.

  • The product/s was not part of a special.

  • The product/s was not purchased with an installation service that has been organised and booked in. 

  • The product was not an ex-display, discontinued, clearance, ex-clearance, or ex demo product.

  • The customer provides full proof of purchase (bank statements excluded).

  • The customer provides proof that they are the original purchaser.

  • The product/s have been received by 247 Gym Equipment and are complete with all components in an undamaged condition and suitable for resale, before refund/exchange decision will be honoured. 

  • In the unlikely event of a pricing error, orders may be voided for any products which have been purchased under such error (this can include but is not limited to: any shipping calculation errors, product pricing and website glitches). 247 Gym Equipment will determine, in its discretion, the reasonable method to remedy the issues. 

  • In the unlikely event that a customer receives a defected item or part - a refund will only be offered IF a repair or replacement cannot fix the issue. If the issue can be rectified with a repair or replacement part then there will be no eligibility for a refund.
