Can I get a refund for delayed shipping?
We cannot refund shipping costs due to courier delays outside our control. Delivery estimates are always provided at checkout.

What happens if I order both in‑stock and pre‑order items together?
We ship the order together when all items are available. If you want the in‑stock items first, please contact us for a part shipment quote.


How long do Made to Order products take to arrive?
Made to Order products take around 22 to 24 weeks. Please email sales@247gymequipment.com.au for an accurate ETA.


Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact our team as soon as possible to request cancellation.

What is the difference between Olympic barbells and Elite Olympic bars?
Olympic barbells (700 lb) are great for bench press and squats. Elite Olympic bars (1500 lb) are designed for Olympic lifts with better flex and sleeve rotation.


What is the steel thickness on your racks?
Our power racks feature 65 mm to 75 mm tube rails with 2 mm to 4 mm thick steel for strength and safety.


Do you provide assembly or installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation in Sydney Metro areas for an additional fee. Contact us for a quote.


Do your machines come with a warranty?
Yes, all our products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty details are listed on each product page.
