Gym Equipment Sales Terms: Order, Pricing & Availability

1. Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only once payment is approved and confirmed.

All details submitted at checkout are final. Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct. Redirection or reshipping fees due to incorrect details are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Promotions & Special Offers

Discount codes, sales, or promotional offers are subject to their own conditions at the time of issue. Promotions cannot be combined unless clearly stated, and cannot be applied to past purchases.

3. Pricing & Product Availability

We make every effort to ensure product information and pricing are accurate. If an error is discovered after purchase, we will contact you to confirm the correct price or issue a full refund.

In the event of an out-of-stock item, we may:

  • ship partial orders,
  • offer store credit, or
  • provide a refund for unavailable items.

4. Registration & Member Obligations

5. Returns Policy

All sales are final. Refunds for change of mind are not offered. Returns may be authorised at our discretion and, if approved, customers must:

  • cover all return shipping costs,
  • pay the original shipping cost (including when free shipping was provided), and
  • pay a 15% restocking fee.

Returns must be:

  • requested within 7 days of delivery,
  • in original packaging, and
  • in unused and resalable condition.

6. Warranty

All products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Warranty length and coverage vary depending on the product or brand.
  • Standard warranty covers manufacturing faults for 12 months.
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or commercial use unless specified.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party couriers. Most items dispatch within 1–4 business days. Bulky items (25kg+) are delivered kerbside only, unless other arrangements are made. Customers must assist with unloading unless a tail-lift service is booked.
