24/7 Gym Equipment offers reliable shipping across all of Australia, delivering quality gym equipment directly to your home or nearest freight depot using trusted third-party couriers.

Shipping Overview

We work with a range of freight partners, including Fast Courier, Direct Freight, Allied Express, and Mainfreight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. Once dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Nationwide Delivery & Depot Pick-Up Options

We ship to all Australian states and territories. For bulky or heavy orders, we often recommend delivery to a freight depot near you to help minimise shipping costs.

We currently offer pick-up from the following locations:

• Perth Depot: Welshpool WA 6106
• Adelaide Depot: Green Fields SA 5107
• Brisbane Depot: Archerfield QLD 4108
• Melbourne Depot: Brooklyn VIC 3012

If none of these depots are convenient for you, we can help arrange delivery to an alternative freight depot closer to your home. Please contact us before placing your order for the best available shipping options.

Important: Items must be collected from the depot within 3 business days of arrival. Additional storage charges may apply for late pick-ups.

Apartment, Commercial & Restricted Access Deliveries

If your delivery address is an apartment, commercial site, or restricted access location (e.g. hospitals, military bases, shopping centres):

• Delivery is to the ground floor, loading dock, or main entrance only.
• Couriers do not carry items upstairs or inside buildings unless pre-arranged.
• Please contact us in advance for a tailored quote if special access is needed.

Dispatch Timeframes

• Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Pre-order and made-to-order items will ship once available. Estimated lead times are listed on product pages and may vary.

Estimated Delivery Times (After Dispatch)

• Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days
• NSW Regional: 2–5 business days
• Other States: 3–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, and order volume.

• Missed deliveries may incur redelivery fees charged by the courier.
