Pricing Structure (Exclusive to 247 Gym Equipment Orders):
The assembly fee of $500.00 covers one piece of equipment from the eligible machine list above, including a bench where applicable.
If your order includes an additional eligible unit, a flat rate of $300.00 applies to each extra machine. We will calculate and adjust the final total on our end to reflect the specific quantity required.

Installation Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery day, please note the following conditions for the $500 base rate:
- Ground Floor Access: The base rate applies to garages or ground-floor rooms with clear, easy access from the delivery vehicle.
- Clear the Space: Please ensure the installation area is completely clear of furniture, vehicles and obstacles before the team arrives.
- Ceiling Height: Confirm your ceiling height is sufficient for your machine model before booking — particularly for taller functional trainers. Minimum 2.3m is recommended for most models.
- Special Access: If your gym is upstairs, in a basement or has tight access points (narrow stairs, lifts, tight doorways), please contact us for a custom quote before ordering.

How is the assembly cost calculated for multiple machines?
The base rate of $500.00 covers the assembly of one eligible machine and a bench where applicable. If you order an additional eligible unit, a $300.00 fee applies to each extra machine. Our team will adjust your final invoice to match the equipment count.
Who performs the installation?
We coordinate installation through our network of trusted third-party assembly experts who are specifically trained on our machine specifications. This ensures a safe, correct and professional setup every time.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly time depends on the model. Our professional team generally completes installation in 3 to 8 hours or more, depending on the complexity of the machine purchased. The G3S and S901 Pro are typically on the shorter end; the G6S and G7S are more involved.
Does the installation fee cover gym flooring?
No. The installation fee covers equipment assembly only. If you require rubber gym tiles to be laid before or after assembly, please discuss this with us beforehand as it requires a separate quote.
Do you bolt the machine to the floor?
Our standard installation covers assembly of the unit itself. Most of our functional trainers are heavy-duty freestanding units that do not require floor anchoring for home use. If floor bolting is a requirement for your facility, please let us know and we will advise accordingly.
Can I hire you to assemble equipment I bought elsewhere?
No. Our installation service is exclusively available to 247 Gym Equipment customers. This ensures our technicians are working with machinery they are specifically trained on, guaranteeing both safety and performance.
How do you coordinate delivery and assembly?
Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable delivery and assembly time. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible — one visit, one team, machine ready to use.
Do you take the packaging away?
Yes. A key benefit of our service is that we remove all cardboard, styrofoam and pallets — so you aren't left managing a recycling pile after your installation.
