The assembly fee of $650.00 covers the full installation of one machine (XG75, XG90 or XF10) including a bench where applicable.
If your order includes an additional unit, a flat rate of $300.00 applies to each extra machine. We will calculate and adjust the final total on our end to reflect the specific quantity required.

- Ground Floor Access: The base rate applies to garages or ground-floor rooms with clear, easy access from the delivery vehicle. These machines are very heavy — access must be straightforward.
- Clear the Space Completely: The installation area must be 100% clear of furniture, vehicles and obstacles before the team arrives. These machines require significant floor space to stage during assembly.
- Doorway Width: Confirm your doorway and access widths are sufficient for the machine frame sections. Contact us if you have any doubt about access.
- Special Access: If your gym is upstairs, in a basement or has tight access points, contact us for a custom quote before ordering.

How long does assembly take for these machines?
Assembly time varies by model. Estimated times are: XG75 — 5 to 8 hours, XG90 — 5 to 8 hours, XF10 — 6 to 10 hours. These are estimates — access conditions, ceiling height and site preparation can all affect the total time on the day.
What does the safety check include?
Before leaving your property, our technicians perform a full operational check of the machine — testing cable tension and pulley movement across the full range, verifying Smith bar alignment and smooth guide rail travel, confirming safety catch engagement at all positions, and running through the weight stack selector system. You will be shown the machine operating correctly before the team leaves.
What is the minimum ceiling height required?
All three machines require a minimum of 2.3m of ceiling clearance. The XF10 and XG90 in particular have a frame height of approximately 2.2m — you need sufficient overhead room for both the frame and the pull-up station. Always measure your room before ordering.
How is the cost calculated if I order more than one machine?
The base rate of $650.00 covers one XG75, XG90 or XF10. If your order includes an additional unit, a flat rate of $300.00 applies to each extra machine. Our team will adjust your final invoice accordingly.
Does the fee include gym flooring installation?
No. The $650 fee covers equipment assembly only. If you require rubber gym tiles to be laid before or after assembly, please discuss this with us beforehand as it requires a separate quote.

Do you take the packaging away?
Yes. All cardboard, styrofoam and pallets are removed by the installation team — you are not left managing a full recycling bin after the installation.
