I bought the Standard FID Weight Bench for my home gym. It is very strong and can change to flat, incline, and decline easily. The padding is comfortable and supports me well during exercises. Assembly took some time, but the instructions were clear. It is good for many workouts and fits nicely in my space. Great value for the price.

Thank god I found this and it's local. So sick of reading about bodgy workmanship or crap customer service...nd that's after paying a fortune for something you thought was quality. This bench is a beast. Looks like you could ride to battle in it yet it's easy to put together and move with the wheels. No it's not foldaway: it's an incline bench not a picnic table. I can lift with confidence knowing it's not going to wobble or buckle.
Sam easy going and helpful, I picked it up the next morning. They deliver too. Cheers.

These dumbbells exemplify the outstanding quality you’d expect from all 247 Gym Equipment products. I bought them specifically for their ability to handle variable weights, ideal for exercises like chest presses, shoulder raises, and rows. To expand their versatility, I added six 5kg machine Olympic iron plates, which has been a fantastic choice—they easily convert the set into 10kg, 20kg, or even 30kg dumbbells. However, I’d caution against using plates heavier than 5kg. One review noted they are a perfect alternative to hex dumbbells, even though the plates can be a bit too wide.
