  • Floor Condition: The subfloor should be clean, dry and reasonably level. Contact us if your floor has significant undulation, cracks or moisture issues.
  • Ground Floor Access: Tier 1 and Tier 2 rates apply to ground-floor installations with clear vehicle access. Upstairs, basement or restricted-access locations may affect pricing — confirm before booking.
  • Minimum Order: The minimum installation order is 20 tiles (20m²). Orders under 20m² are delivery-only.
