Yes — included free with every fitout quote over $25,000. We produce scaled 2D floor plans showing equipment placement, traffic flow, drop zones and clearance dimensions, plus 3D renders for stakeholder presentations and board approvals. Designs are revised at no additional cost up to three rounds. For projects under $25,000 we offer a simplified layout sketch.

Our installation includes: assembly of every machine, levelling and floor anchoring where required, safety-testing of all moving parts, calibration of cable systems, flooring laying and edge trimming, mirror installation (if specified), removal of all packaging and rubbish, plus a final walk-through with your facility manager. Installers carry full public liability and workers compensation insurance.

Yes. We deliver and install across Australia. Sydney Metro is handled by our in-house team. Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Canberra and Gold Coast are serviced through our vetted partner installer network — same scope of work, same QC, slightly longer scheduling. Regional and remote locations receive palletised freight with detailed assembly instructions and remote technical support.

All structural frames carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defect under normal commercial use. Cables and pulleys carry 2–5 year warranties depending on grade. Upholstery and padding carry 12–24 month warranties. Cardio electronics carry the manufacturer warranty (typically 3–5 years parts, 1 year labour). Full warranty documents supplied at handover.

Yes. Through our accredited finance partners we arrange chattel mortgage, equipment lease, rent-to-own and operating lease structures for ABN-registered facilities. Most commercial fitouts qualify. Approval typically takes 3–5 business days. We can also accept Zip, Afterpay and PayPal for smaller orders. See our finance options.

Every machine we specify for commercial fitouts uses 75×75×3mm commercial steel uprights — the same wall thickness as the equipment in Fitness First, Anytime Fitness and Plus Fitness facilities. We don't sell the thin-wall (2mm or 2.5mm) prosumer alternatives that some major retailers push under "commercial" branding. Yes. We offer scheduled servicing packages for commercial facilities — typically quarterly or 6-monthly inspections covering cable tension, pulley alignment, frame anchoring, upholstery condition and safety mechanism testing. We handle equipment supply and installation only. Where cardio equipment requires dedicated GPOs, or where flooring requires sub-floor levelling, or where wall mirrors require structural fixing, we coordinate with your preferred trades — or recommend trusted partners. We provide electrical load schedules for all cardio equipment so your electrician knows exactly what to plan for.
