The BEAST Safety Spotter Arms are commercial-grade spotter bars rated to a massive 800KG — engineered for serious strength athletes who train heavy and train alone. The BEAST arms are lined with UHMW (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene) at every point of contact with the bar and all the way up the lip of the arm. UHMW absorbs impact, resists abrasion and will not damage your barbell's knurling or finish — even on heavy drops from overhead positions.

Set height correctly — position the spotter arms 2–5cm below the lowest point of your lift (e.g. just below your chest on bench press, just below parallel on squats). This allows a safe catch without interrupting a good rep.
Engage the swing lock — rotate the arm into the horizontal training position and engage the swing lock mechanism to hold it in place during the set.
Insert the safety pin — insert the safety pin through the upright hole to secure the arm completely. Both the swing lock and pin must be engaged before loading weight.
Check both arms are level — both spotter arms must be set at the same height on both uprights before loading. An uneven setup can cause the bar to roll or tip on contact.
Train with confidence — the UHMW lining means the bar lands softly on the arms without damage to the bar or arm surface. Lower the weight under control for a controlled miss rather than a full drop where possible.
