G7S Cable System and Load Ratings

The G7S uses a plate-loaded 2:1 cable system. The cable travels twice the distance of the carriage, so the resistance at the handle is roughly half the plate weight loaded. This gives smoother, lighter starting loads for isolation work, and the included 100kg plate set can be shared between the cables, Smith machine and barbell.
