The XG75 is our most popular — stainless steel 75×75×3mm uprights, dual 90kg pin-loaded stacks (180kg total), 34 cable positions, aluminium sealed-bearing pulleys, 10-year frame warranty. For dual-sided commercial use, the XG90 is the top option. All four are on display at our Milperra NSW showroom.
A pin-loaded trainer has a built-in stack adjusted by a pin — change weight in seconds, ideal for multi-user gyms and circuit training. A plate-loaded trainer uses individual Olympic plates for higher maximum loads but slower changes. All four of our functional trainers are pin-loaded.
Cable ratio is how the weight on the stack relates to the resistance felt at the handle. A 2:1 ratio means felt resistance is about half the set weight — smoother, faster cable movement. A 1:1 ratio means felt resistance equals the set weight. The XG75, XG90 and XF10 use 2:1; the G6S offers selectable 1:1 and 2:1.
