Barbell Stow Rack — Frame-Mounted Barbell Storage Optional Add-On for XG90 Commercial Gym Station & XG75 (G25) | Australia
The Barbell Stow Rack is a heavy-duty steel mounting bracket that attaches directly to the XG90 or XG75 (G25) frame to provide a dedicated, off-the-floor barbell storage position. Rather than leaving your Olympic barbell on the floor between sessions or propped against a wall, the Stow Rack keeps it securely mounted to the machine — accessible, protected and out of the training path. Built from the same commercial-grade steel as the XG90 and XG75 machines, with a powder-coated matte black finish that matches the machine frame perfectly.

A small accessory that makes a big difference to your training space. A barbell left on the floor is a trip hazard, a scuffed floor and a bent collar waiting to happen. The Stow Rack solves this by keeping the barbell off the ground and mounted to the machine frame — where it belongs. In PT studios and commercial facilities, it keeps the training area clean and professional. In home gyms, it frees up floor space and protects both the bar and the flooring between sessions.

PT studios and commercial gyms — keeps the training floor clear and professional between client sessions; barbell always stored safely at the machine rather than propped against a wall
XG90 and XG75 owners who use a barbell regularly — if you load the Smith machine or rack J-hooks frequently, having the barbell stowed on the machine eliminates the constant floor pickup and reduces floor scuffing
Home gym owners with limited space — frees up valuable floor space by moving the barbell off the ground and onto the machine frame where it is out of the way but always accessible
Anyone concerned about gym safety — a barbell on the floor is a trip hazard in a busy training environment; the Stow Rack eliminates the risk by keeping it secured to the frame at all times
Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
No — the Barbell Stow Rack is an optional add-on sold separately. It is not included with the XG90 machine only listing, the XG90 bundle with attachment pack, or the XG75 (G25). It is designed to be added to your setup once the machine is installed if barbell floor storage is an issue in your space.

If you want to confirm fitment for your specific machine model before ordering, contact our team and we will verify compatibility.
No — the Stow Rack bolts to existing frame mount points on the XG90 and XG75 using the included mounting hardware. No drilling, cutting or welding is required. It can be installed and removed cleanly without leaving any permanent marks on the machine frame.
The Barbell Stow Rack is designed to store one Olympic barbell horizontally against the machine frame. If you require storage for multiple barbells, contact us — additional storage solutions may be available to suit your setup.
The Stow Rack is designed for barbell-only storage — the bar without plates. It is intended to store the barbell safely between sessions, not to hold a loaded bar. Always unload plates from the barbell before placing it in the Stow Rack.

Beast Power Rack Commercial 75×75×3mm Power Cage | 500kg+ Rated | Home Gym & PT Studio | Australia
The Beast Power Rack is one of the best commercial power racks available in Australia — built from 75×75×3mm steel uprights, the same wall thickness used in standalone commercial gym machines and 50% thicker than standard home gym racks which use 50×50mm tubing. Standing 235cm tall with a 119cm outer width and 150cm deep flat-foot base, it is rated for 500kg+ across J-hooks and spotter arms and ships complete with a multi-grip pull-up station, J-hooks and safety spotter arms. Whether you are building a garage gym, equipping a PT studio, or fitting out a commercial facility, the Beast Rack delivers the rigidity and safety margins serious lifting demands — backed by a matte black powder coat finish and available across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth.

The Steel Difference
Why 75×75×3mm Changes Everything
3×More Steel75×75×3mm uprights contain significantly more steel per metre than standard 50×50×2mm home rack tubing — the difference you feel the moment you load the bar
500KG+Rated CapacityJ-hooks and spotter arms rated for 500kg+ — handles the heaviest squats, bench press and overhead press without frame flex or rack movement
0WobbleThe combination of 3mm wall thickness, flat-foot base design and crossbeam bracing eliminates the rack movement that compromises safety and confidence under heavy load
What makes the Beast Rack different from budget power racks? Standard home gym racks use 50×50×2mm steel tubing. The Beast Rack uses 75×75×3mm — a 125% larger upright cross-section and 50% thicker wall. This is not a cosmetic upgrade: thicker tube walls resist deflection under eccentric loading, which is the critical safety factor when failing a heavy squat or bench press without a spotter. The laser-cut numbered holes at 50mm spacing ensure precise, repeatable J-hook positioning rather than the guesswork common to cheaper racks.

It refers to the upright steel tubing dimensions — 75mm wide × 75mm deep × 3mm wall thickness. Standard home gym racks use 50×50×2mm tubing. The Beast Rack's uprights have a 125% larger cross-section and 50% thicker wall. In practical terms: thicker walls resist deflection under eccentric loading — the force generated when a heavy barbell is lowered, caught by spotter arms, or racked unevenly. This is the critical safety factor during heavy squats and bench press without a spotter. Thicker uprights also accept heavier J-hook and attachment ratings, which is why the Beast Rack is rated at 500kg+ versus the 300kg typical of lighter home racks.
The Beast Rack's flat-foot base design provides freestanding stability for standard barbell training — squats, bench press, overhead press and deadlifts — without floor anchoring. However, bolt-down holes are included in the upright feet for permanent installation. Floor bolting is strongly recommended for commercial environments, kipping pull-ups, heavy band-resisted work, or any training style that generates lateral or horizontal force on the frame. For Sydney Metro customers, our installation team can advise on the best anchoring method for your floor type.
The Beast Rack measures 119cm wide × 150cm deep × 235cm tall. For comfortable training with full barbell loading on both sides, allow a minimum 2.5m × 2.5m floor area. Standard Australian residential ceilings at 2.4m are sufficient — check for overhead fans, light fittings and air conditioning units. A standard single-car garage bay (typically 2.8–3m wide) accommodates the rack width comfortably. For double garages and dedicated spare rooms, fit is straightforward. Contact us with your exact room dimensions and our team will advise on the ideal placement.
The Beast Rack ships complete with:
Pair of commercial J-hooks with barbell protection lining
Pair of adjustable safety spotter arms
Integrated multi-grip pull-up bar (wide, narrow and neutral grip)
Full assembly hardware and instructions
Optional attachments available separately include: dip handles, landmine attachment, band pegs, plate storage pegs, front foot extensions and more — all compatible with the 75×75mm uprights.
Yes — the Beast Rack is built to commercial specification. The 75×75×3mm frame is the same upright standard used in purpose-built commercial power racks. The 500kg+ rated J-hooks and spotter arms handle repeated heavy loading across multiple daily users. The matte black powder coat resists sweat, chalk and surface abrasion under commercial use conditions. The optional floor bolt-down capability ensures full stability in high-traffic environments. For multi-unit commercial fitouts, contact us for volume pricing and delivery coordination.
Yes. The Beast Rack uses 75×75mm uprights with 28mm pin holes — the commercial standard that accepts a wide range of modular attachments. Compatible upgrades include dip handles, landmine base, safety strap systems, band peg sets, plate storage pegs, chin-up ball grips and front foot extensions for additional stability. This modular compatibility means your rack can grow with your training without needing to replace the unit.
Assembly requires 2 people and approximately 2–3 hours following the included instructions. All components are labelled and the process is straightforward for anyone comfortable with flat-pack furniture assembly. For Sydney Metro customers, professional installation is available — our team assembles, levels and safety-checks the rack ready to train same day. Contact us after ordering to book. For interstate customers, detailed assembly instructions and pre-labelled components are included with every order.
Yes — the Beast Rack is on display at our Milperra Sydney showroom at 10/202 Milperra Road, Milperra NSW 2214. In Stock — Sydney Warehouse🥋 1.5" Thick Battle Rope — 15 Metres💪 Strength & Conditioning🚚 Fast Australia-Wide Delivery
Battle Rope — 1.5" Thick Fitness Power Training Rope, 15 Metres is the all-around conditioning rope for home gyms, PT studios, garage gyms and commercial training floors across Australia. At 15 metres long with a 1.5-inch (3.8cm) grip diameter, this battle rope strikes the ideal balance between length, resistance and usability — accessible enough for most users to handle confidently, yet demanding enough to build serious endurance, grip strength and explosive power. Constructed from premium polypropylene with a durable woven sleeve and reinforced heat-shrink end caps, it is built to withstand heavy daily training without fraying or unravelling. Whether you are running waves, slams, spirals and whips at home or programming high-intensity conditioning for clients, this training rope delivers a full-body, low-impact workout that torches calories and builds work capacity. Also known as a battling rope, power rope or exercise rope.
ℹ️ Why the 1.5" x 15m combination works for most people: Battle ropes generally come in two grip sizes — 1.5 inch and 2 inch — and two common lengths — 9m, 12m and 15m. The 1.5-inch grip is easier to hold for most hands and allows higher rep counts and longer sets, making it the better all-around choice for general fitness, CrossFit-style conditioning and mixed-ability training. The 15-metre length (looped over an anchor to give two ~7.5m working halves) provides enough rope to generate big, powerful waves while keeping the resistance manageable. If you want maximum grip and forearm challenge for dedicated strength work, a 2-inch rope is harder; if you have limited space, a 9m or 12m rope packs down smaller. For most home and commercial setups, 1.5" x 15m is the sweet spot.

For most people, a 1.5-inch grip and 15-metre length is the best all-around choice — which is exactly this rope. The 1.5" diameter is comfortable for most hand sizes and allows longer, higher-rep conditioning sets, whereas a 2" rope is significantly harder to grip and better suited to dedicated forearm and strength work. On length, a 15m rope is looped over an anchor to give two working halves of roughly 7.5m each, generating big powerful waves while keeping resistance manageable. Shorter 9m and 12m ropes pack down smaller and suit very tight spaces, but the 15m gives the fullest range of waves, slams and spirals. If you are buying your first battle rope for general fitness, CrossFit or studio use, 1.5" x 15m is the recommended starting point.
A battle rope is used by looping it around a fixed anchor point at its midpoint, so you hold one end in each hand with two equal working halves. Common anchors include a power rack or squat rack upright, a heavy sled, a fixed post or pole, a sturdy fence, or a dedicated wall or floor anchor strap designed for battle ropes. The anchor needs to be solid and low to the ground, and you should protect the rope from sharp edges to prevent abrasion. If you do not have a fixed anchor, an anchor strap kit (sold separately) lets you secure the rope around almost any post or rack. Always check your anchor is stable before training at intensity.
Battle ropes are a genuine full-body exercise. The most obvious work happens in the arms, shoulders and forearms (and grip), but proper technique drives the movement from the legs and hips and demands constant core and back engagement for stability. Depending on the movement — waves, slams, spirals, whips or lateral work — you shift emphasis between these muscle groups. Because the resistance is generated by you accelerating the rope rather than by a fixed weight, battle ropes train power, muscular endurance and cardiovascular conditioning at the same time. This combination of full-body recruitment and high metabolic demand is why they are so effective for fat loss and building work capacity.
Yes — battle ropes are one of the most efficient conditioning tools for fat loss. Because they recruit the whole body at high intensity, even short intervals elevate your heart rate quickly and burn significant energy, both during the session and afterwards. A typical approach is interval training — for example 20–40 seconds of hard work followed by a short rest, repeated for several rounds — which keeps intensity high while building work capacity. The low-impact nature is a major advantage: you get the cardiovascular benefit of high-intensity training without the joint stress of running, skipping or jumping, making battle ropes suitable for a wide range of fitness levels and useful for anyone managing knee, hip or ankle issues.
Yes — this rope is well suited to beginners. The 1.5-inch grip is accessible for most hand sizes, and battle rope movements are low-skill compared to barbell lifts, so you can train productively from day one. Start with basic alternating waves at a moderate pace and short intervals (for example 15–20 seconds of work), focusing on a slight knee bend, braced core and driving the movement from your hips rather than just your arms. As your conditioning and grip endurance improve, you can increase interval length, add slams and spirals, and shorten your rest periods. The forgiving 1.5" x 15m specification means beginners are not fighting the equipment while they learn.
Polypropylene (poly) is the most popular battle rope material because it is durable, lightweight, weather-resistant and does not absorb much water, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Some ropes are made from manila or sisal (natural fibres), which have a traditional feel but shed fibres, absorb moisture and wear faster — better suited to outdoor-only use. This rope adds a woven protective sleeve over the polypropylene core, which is a meaningful upgrade: the sleeve resists abrasion against floors and anchors, dramatically reduces shedding and mess, and extends the rope's working life compared to a bare poly rope. For indoor home and commercial gyms, a sleeved polypropylene rope is the most practical and longest-lasting choice.
Less than most people expect. Because a 15m rope is looped over an anchor, the rope only extends about 7.5m from the anchor point to where you stand, and you train more or less on the spot. As a practical guide, allow a clear area of roughly 8 metres long by about 2 metres wide from the anchor, with enough overhead and side clearance to swing the rope freely without hitting walls, equipment or people. This makes battle ropes viable in many garages, single-bay home gyms and studio corners. For outdoor use, a driveway, lawn or courtyard with a fence post or fixed anchor works well. The rope rolls up compactly for storage when not in use.
A sleeved polypropylene battle rope is low-maintenance. Keep it on a clean surface or rubber gym flooring rather than dragging it repeatedly over rough concrete, which accelerates sleeve wear — pairing it with rubber matting protects both the rope and your floor. Wipe down the sleeve with a damp cloth and mild detergent to remove sweat and dust, and allow it to dry fully before rolling it up for storage. Avoid leaving it in standing water or prolonged direct sunlight over long periods. Check the heat-shrink end caps and anchor point periodically for wear. With basic care, a quality sleeved poly rope will last for years of regular training.

Frequently Asked Questions — Blue Rubber Gym Flooring Australia
Will the blue tiles match if I order more tiles later?
Not guaranteed. Our blue rubber tiles are made from 100% recycled rubber — a natural material where the shade of blue can vary slightly between production batches. If you are purchasing additional tiles to extend an existing blue floor, please contact us before ordering to confirm whether our current batch will closely match your existing tiles. We recommend ordering a few extra tiles with your initial order to avoid this issue altogether.
Why do gyms and sports facilities use blue rubber flooring?
Blue is the most widely used colour for cardio zones, sports halls, martial arts studios and aquatic-adjacent training areas in Australian commercial gyms and fitness facilities. Its energising, dynamic aesthetic communicates action and performance — helping gym members visually identify high-intensity training areas. It also pairs extremely well with grey and black equipment for a bold, professional commercial gym look that photographs well for marketing content.
Can I mix blue tiles with other colours in the same order?
Yes — all five colours (Blue, Green, Brown, Grey, Red) are stocked in the same Milperra NSW warehouse and can be combined in a single order. Blue and grey is the most popular two-tone combination in Australian commercial gyms. Blue and red creates a bold, high-energy colour scheme for CrossFit and high-intensity training boxes. Contact us with your mix requirements and we will confirm stock availability before you order.
Are blue gym tiles suitable for a school sports hall or multi-use court?
Yes — our 15mm blue rubber tiles are widely used in Australian school sports halls, TAFE fitness facilities and multi-use training courts. The 300kg static load rating handles heavy equipment, and the non-slip matte surface is safe for dynamic sports movements. Blue is the most commonly requested colour for school and government facility flooring projects. Contact us for bulk and institutional pricing for large-scale school or council projects.
Are these blue tiles suitable for an apartment gym in Sydney or Melbourne?
Yes — our 15mm blue rubber tiles are one of the best gym flooring options for Sydney and Melbourne apartments. The high-density 62 Shore A rubber significantly absorbs impact sound and vibration, reducing noise transmitted to lower-level residents. They are widely used in apartment building gyms across Sydney's Inner West, CBD and North Shore, and generally meet strata and body corporate fit-out requirements. Always check your specific strata rules before installation.
Do you offer professional installation of blue gym flooring in Sydney?
Yes — 247 Gym Equipment offers professional rubber gym flooring installation in Sydney Metro at $20 per square metre for ground-floor delivery of up to 50 tiles. The BOSU Ball with Detachable Resistance Bands is the most versatile balance and core trainer you can add to a home gym, PT studio or rehab clinic. Train dome-side up for stability and balance challenges, flip it flat-side down for dynamic strength work, or attach the resistance bands for upper-body pressing, rowing and rotational movements — all from one compact, portable unit rated to 150KG.
Anti-burst 150KG rated PVC · Detachable resistance bands · Hand pump included · Latex-free · Non-slip base — works on tiles, timber, hardwood and rubber gym flooring. Suitable for home gyms, Pilates studios, physiotherapy clinics and PT studios across Australia.
Key Features
What Makes This BOSU Ball Different
🢐
Anti-Burst 150KG Rated PVC
Commercial-grade anti-burst PVC rated to 150KG. If punctured, the dome deflates gradually rather than bursting suddenly — a critical safety feature for home and studio use.
🧩
Detachable Resistance Bands
Clip-on resistance bands extend your workout to upper-body pressing, cable rows, rotational core work and shoulder mobility — no need to change stations mid-session.
🔨
Non-Slip Textured Base
Ribbed non-slip base stays firmly in place on tiles, timber, hardwood floors and rubber gym mats. Suitable for all common home gym flooring without slipping or marking the surface.
💪
Dual-Sided Training
Dome-side up for balance and stability activation, or flat-side down to increase difficulty and challenge different stabiliser muscle groups — two distinct training modes in one unit.
💡
Lightweight & Portable
Light enough to carry between rooms, move to a studio or pack for travel. Partially deflated for compact, safe shipping — pump and inflate in minutes on arrival.
💜
Latex-Free & Inclusive
Completely latex-free throughout — dome, base and resistance bands — making it safe for users with latex sensitivities in clinical, school and mixed-user environments.

How to Use
Two Training Modes — One Piece of Equipment
Mode 1 — Standard
▲ Dome-Side Up
The curved dome creates an unstable surface that challenges balance, engages core stabilisers and improves ankle and knee proprioception. Best for:
Single-leg balance holds and progressions
Push-ups and plank variations on the dome
Squats and lunges for lower-body stability
Sit-ups, crunches and core anti-rotation
Rehabilitation progressions for ankles and knees
Mode 2 — Advanced
▼ Flat-Side Down
Flipping the BOSU inverts the challenge — the flat platform becomes unstable, significantly increasing difficulty for advanced trainees. Best for:
Advanced push-up and press progressions
Dynamic jump training and plyometrics
Standing balance work for athletes
Plank and pike variations for core strength
Handstand and gymnastic skill progressions
Training Benefits
Benefits of BOSU Ball Training
Strengthens the core: Engages deep abdominal stabilisers, obliques, lower back and glutes with every movement — not just dedicated ab exercises.
Improves balance and proprioception: Challenges the nervous system to maintain equilibrium, improving ankle, knee and hip control for safer movement in sport and daily life.
Reduces injury risk: Strengthening stabiliser muscles and improving joint control reduces the risk of common lower-limb injuries including ankle sprains and knee instability.
Supports rehabilitation: A standard tool in physiotherapy, occupational therapy and sports medicine for progressive balance retraining after lower-limb injury or surgery.
Enhances athletic performance: Improves coordination, agility and reactive stability — used by athletes across running, football, tennis, swimming and team sports.
Adds variety to home gym programmes: Introduces instability-based training that free weights and machines cannot replicate — immediately increases the difficulty of familiar exercises.
Suits small spaces: 58cm diameter and lightweight design make it ideal for apartment gyms, small home gym rooms, Pilates studios and therapy rooms with limited floor space.

Questions & Answers
Frequently Asked Questions — BOSU Ball
A BOSU ball is a versatile balance trainer used for core strengthening, stability training, balance exercises, rehabilitation, Pilates, HIIT workouts and functional fitness. Used dome-side up, the curved surface challenges balance and engages stabiliser muscles. Flipped flat-side down, it creates a more advanced instability challenge. The detachable resistance bands add upper-body pressing, rowing and rotational movements without changing equipment.
Yes. The BOSU ball is widely used by physiotherapists, occupational therapists and sports medicine practitioners for balance retraining, ankle stability, knee rehabilitation and progressive core strengthening after lower-limb injury or surgery. Its anti-burst construction and latex-free materials make it safe for clinical and home rehabilitation settings. Always consult your physiotherapist for progressions appropriate to your specific condition.
Dome-side up is the standard position — your feet or hands rest on the curved dome, creating an unstable surface that challenges balance and trains ankle and knee proprioception. Best for beginners and rehabilitation users.
Flat-side down inverts the challenge — the flat platform becomes the unstable surface, significantly increasing difficulty. Recommended for advanced athletes and experienced trainers progressively loading balance challenges.
This BOSU ball is rated to 150KG, making it suitable for the vast majority of users in home gym, PT studio and light commercial settings. The anti-burst PVC construction means that if the dome is punctured, it deflates gradually rather than collapsing suddenly — an important safety feature for all balance training equipment.
Yes. The non-slip textured base stabilises securely on tiles, hardwood floors, timber, carpet and rubber gym flooring. For extra floor protection on premium hardwood or polished concrete, placing a rubber gym mat underneath is recommended — this also prevents marking or scuffing during dynamic movements.
Yes. The unit ships with a hand pump for inflation, two detachable resistance bands and a valve plug. The BOSU ball arrives partially deflated for compact, safe shipping. Inflation takes approximately 5 minutes with the included hand pump. Resistance bands clip on and off the anchor points — no tools required.
Yes. The dome, base platform and resistance bands are all completely latex-free, making this BOSU ball safe for users with latex sensitivities or allergies. Suitable for clinical settings, schools, mixed-user fitness studios and home gyms where latex-free equipment is required.
Yes. 24/7 Gym Equipment delivers to all Australian states and territories — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and all regional areas. Fast tracked shipping from our Sydney Milperra warehouse. Click and Collect also available at 10/202 Milperra Road, Milperra NSW 2214, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Yes. The BOSU ball is highly effective in HIIT circuits and cardio conditioning because the unstable surface increases muscle activation and calorie burn compared to the same exercises on flat ground. Common BOSU cardio exercises include burpees on the dome, jumping jacks, mountain climbers and squat jumps — all recruiting more stabiliser muscles and elevating heart rate effectively.
The detachable resistance bands allow standing rows, chest press, shoulder press, bicep curls, tricep extensions, woodchop rotations, pallof press and lateral raises — all while standing on the dome for an added balance challenge. You can also anchor bands at foot level for assisted stretching and hip flexor mobility work.

1150mmLongest Bar
∅32Pull-Down Bar
CHRChrome Finish
One pack. Every pulling and pressing pattern covered. A functional trainer is only as versatile as the attachments connected to it. This 4-piece pack gives you a standard lat bar for heavy pulling, a cambered bar for wrist-friendly rows and pulldowns, a small grip frame for close-grip and isolation work, and a premium aluminium pull-down bar — everything you need to run a complete upper body programme from your XG90.
What's Included
4 Bars. Every Cable Movement Covered.
01
Straight Bar
The standard lat pulldown and cable row bar — a must-have for any cable machine setup. The straight bar is the go-to for lat pulldowns, straight-arm pulldowns, cable rows, tricep pushdowns and bicep curls. Smooth chrome finish with knurled grip zones for secure hand contact under heavy load. The workhorse of any cable attachment collection.
L = 1115mm
02
Cambered Bar
The cambered (curved) bar allows a more natural wrist position during lat pulldowns and cable rows — reducing wrist and elbow stress compared to a straight bar, particularly on wide-grip movements. The angled ends allow a grip position that better aligns the forearm with the line of pull, making it a preferred choice for users with wrist sensitivity or those chasing a deeper lat contraction.
L = 1150mm
03
Small Grip Frame
A compact close-grip attachment designed for tricep pushdowns, close-grip pulldowns, cable curls and face pulls. The smaller frame width encourages a neutral or semi-pronated grip position — shifting emphasis toward the inner back and triceps. Particularly effective for isolation exercises where a full-size bar is unnecessarily wide. A high-frequency attachment that earns its spot in every session.
L = 480mm
04
Aluminium Pull-Down Bar
A lightweight, full-length aluminium pull-down bar — the premium option in the pack. The aluminium construction reduces the dead weight of the bar itself, keeping the load focused on the cable stack rather than the bar. At 1225mm wide, it accommodates a range of grip widths from shoulder-width to wide-grip positions. The smooth surface and larger diameter provide excellent grip feel for high-rep pulldown sets.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
The pack includes four cable bars: a Straight Bar (1115mm), a Cambered Bar (1150mm), a Small Grip Frame (480mm), and an Aluminium Pull-Down Bar (∅32 × 1225mm). Together they cover the full range of lat pulldowns, cable rows, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls and close-grip isolation movements.
Cable attachments may be included in certain XG90 bundle configurations. This listing is for customers purchasing the attachment pack separately — either as a standalone add-on or as a replacement set. Contact us to confirm what came with your specific machine purchase before ordering to avoid duplicates.
Yes — all four bars use a standard swivel carabiner connection, which is compatible with any cable machine that uses a standard clip attachment point. While the pack is listed for the XG90, the bars will work on virtually any functional trainer or cable machine with a standard attachment hook.
The straight bar is the standard cable bar used for lat pulldowns, rows and tricep pushdowns — a flat, horizontal grip position. The cambered bar has a curved shape that angles the outer grip sections downward, allowing a more natural wrist position during pulling movements. The cambered bar is particularly useful for users who experience wrist or elbow discomfort with a straight bar, or who want a deeper lat contraction on wide-grip pulldowns.
The aluminium pull-down bar is built to a ∅32mm diameter — slightly larger than a standard steel bar. The larger diameter spreads hand contact across more of the palm, which many users find more comfortable for high-rep lat pulldown sets. The aluminium construction also keeps the bar itself light, so the full cable stack load is felt as resistance rather than bar weight.
Contact us directly and we can advise on individual bar availability. Buying the full 4-piece pack is generally the most cost-effective option if you're building out an XG90 setup from scratch, as the pack covers all the core cable movement patterns in one purchase.

Common Questions
No — the storage board is sold as a standalone accessory. Cable attachments are not included. If you need to build out a cable attachment set for your XG90, contact us and we can advise on what's available or put together a suitable bundle.
No — the storage board is designed to attach to the existing XG90 frame using the machine's hardware connection points. No drilling, cutting or welding is required. It can be installed and removed cleanly without leaving permanent marks on the frame.
No — this storage board is designed specifically for the XG90 Commercial Gym Station and is not compatible with the XG75 or G25 models. If you are unsure which machine you own, contact us before ordering and we can confirm compatibility.
The storage board may be included in certain XG90 bundle configurations. This listing is for customers purchasing the board separately — either as a standalone add-on or as a replacement. Contact us to confirm what came with your specific machine purchase if you are unsure.
The board is designed to accommodate a full standard cable attachment set — including D-handles, a lat pulldown bar, tricep rope, V-bar, row bar and ankle straps. Exact capacity will depend on the size of your specific attachments. Contact us if you have a large or non-standard attachment collection and want to confirm before ordering.

Calibrated Competition Cast Iron Powerlifting Plates are machined to a strict ±10 gram tolerance — when you load 200kg on the bar, it is exactly 200kg. With a slim profile that allows loading over 700kg on a standard power bar, a precision-drilled 50.4mm centre bore for a snug, rattle-free collar fit, and IPF-standard colour coding for instant weight identification — these are the plates used for competition preparation, powerlifting meets and serious strength training across Australia.

Why These Plates Are Different
🎯
±10g Precision AccuracyMachine-calibrated to within 10 grams of stated weight. Standard gym plates vary by up to 5–10% — a 20kg standard plate can actually weigh 19kg or 21kg. With calibrated plates, 200kg on the bar is exactly 200kg.
📏
Ultra-Thin Slim Profile27mm for a 25kg plate — allows significantly more weight on the sleeve than rubber bumper plates. Essential for heavy deadlifts and squats where bumper plates run out of room at high loads.
🔒
50.4mm Precision Centre BorePrecision-drilled to fit snugly on any standard 50mm Olympic sleeve. Eliminates plate wobble and rattle during the lift — the bar feels solid and stable at all loads.
🎨
IPF Colour StandardFollows International Powerlifting Federation colour coding: Red 25kg · Blue 20kg · Yellow 15kg · Green 10kg · White 5kg. Instant weight recognition at a glance during loading.
⚡
Dead Stop Training EffectCast iron has zero bounce. Every deadlift rep starts from a true dead stop — no rubber rebound, no energy return. This builds superior starting strength specific to competition conditions.
🏆
Competition SpecificityIPF, GPC and most Australian powerlifting meets use calibrated steel plates. Training on the same equipment ensures meet day feels identical to training — bar whip, plate feel and loading all match.
💪
Reduces Bar WhipThe slim profile keeps weight mass closer to the barbell centre. This reduces oscillation during heavy squats and deadlifts — a stiffer, more predictable bar path for more efficient force application.
🛡️
Colour-Coded Powder CoatChip-resistant powder coat in each IPF colour — durable under daily chalk and sweat exposure, easy to wipe down and maintains appearance under heavy commercial use.

The verdict: If you lift heavy and care about the number on the bar being real — for competition, for programming accuracy or for progressive overload tracking — calibrated plates are the only choice. Standard plates are fine for general training. Bumper plates are designed for a completely different sport.

Plate Care & Maintenance
Keep Them in Competition Condition
🗄️
StorageAlways store on a weight tree or toaster rack. Do not leave plates resting against walls or on damp concrete floors — this encourages rust on any chipped areas of the powder coat.
🧹
CleaningWipe down periodically with a microfiber cloth and a mild non-corrosive cleaner. Chalk and sweat accumulate on the face and inside the collar bore — keep the bore clean for smooth sleeve loading.
⚠️
Dropping — Powerlifting OnlyThese are powerlifting plates — do not drop from overhead (snatch or jerk movements). They can handle being set down from waist height (deadlift lockout) onto a lifting platform or 20mm+ rubber gym tiles. Never drop onto bare concrete.
🌊
Rust PreventionIn humid Australian climates (QLD coast, northern NSW), cast iron can oxidise if the coating chips. Touch up chips promptly with a paint marker or apply a light coat of 3-in-1 oil to any exposed metal to prevent surface rust.
Who Are These Plates For?
The Right Choice For
Competitive powerlifters — IPF, GPC and most Australian meet sanctioning bodies use calibrated steel plates. Train on the same equipment you compete on for accurate programming and meet-day familiarity
Strength athletes tracking precise loads — progressive overload programming requires accurate starting weights. ±10g tolerance means your 5kg progression is exactly 5kg, not 4.2kg or 5.8kg
Home gym owners running heavy loads — the slim profile allows significantly more weight on the sleeve than bumper plates, making calibrated iron the only practical choice at 300kg+ loading
Commercial gyms and PT studios — IPF colour coding speeds up loading for clients and coaches; precision bore eliminates the rattle and instability of loose standard plates on commercial power bars
Athletes transitioning to competition — if you train on thick bumper plates but plan to compete, switching to calibrated steel beforehand ensures the bar behaves identically to meet equipment on the day
Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions
Sold individually — one plate per unit. This allows you to build exactly the set you need without being locked into fixed pairs. To purchase a pair, add 2 to your cart. If you need a full set (e.g., 2×25kg + 2×20kg + 2×15kg + 2×10kg + 2×5kg), add the correct quantity of each weight to your cart individually.
Yes — the 50.4mm precision-drilled centre bore fits any standard 50mm Olympic barbell sleeve, including power bars, deadlift bars, squat bars and stiff bars. Note: the bore is intentionally tight for a snug fit. On cheap bars with inconsistent sleeve diameters or heavy chrome plating, the plates may be difficult to slide on. They are designed for quality commercial and competition bars with true 50mm sleeves.
These plates are machine-calibrated to ±10 grams of the stated weight. By comparison, standard cast iron gym plates can vary by 3–5% — meaning a "20kg" plate might actually weigh anywhere from 19kg to 21kg. When you are tracking precise programming across a training cycle, or when your competition total depends on exact kilograms on the bar, this tolerance matters significantly. A ±10g plate is as accurate as scales in a competition setting.
This is standard practice for calibrated powerlifting plates. The 20kg and 25kg plates are full regulation 450mm diameter — these are the plates that touch the floor during the deadlift setup. The 5–15kg plates are progressively smaller diameters so they sit inside the outer plates on the sleeve without affecting the bar height from the floor. This also makes loading and unloading smaller plates significantly easier during a session.
No — calibrated cast iron plates are not designed to be dropped from overhead. Olympic lifting movements involve dropping the bar from the catch position, which requires rubber bumper plates that can absorb the impact without damage. Dropping cast iron plates from overhead will crack or shatter the plates and potentially damage the floor. For powerlifting movements (squat, bench, deadlift), these plates are the correct choice. For Olympic lifting, use rubber bumper plates.
For setting the bar down from a deadlift lockout, use a lifting platform or minimum 20mm thick rubber gym tiles. This protects both the plates and the underlying floor. Never drop or set iron plates down heavily onto bare concrete — the impact can chip the powder coat and damage the plate face over time. For squat and bench press, flooring is less critical as the plates do not contact the floor during the movement.
Standard Olympic bars have a sleeve length of approximately 41–43cm per side. A 25kg calibrated plate is 27mm thick. On a standard power bar with a collar, you can typically fit: 6–8 × 25kg plates per side depending on bar sleeve length and collar thickness — allowing 300kg+ of plate weight per side before hitting sleeve limits. This is why calibrated thin plates are essential for elite-level powerlifting where total loads exceed 500–700kg on the bar.
The powder coat protects the plate surface under normal use. To prevent rust: store plates on a weight tree — not on damp concrete. In humid environments (coastal QLD, northern NSW), inspect plates periodically for coating chips. If you find a chip, touch it up with a matching paint marker or apply a thin coat of 3-in-1 oil to the exposed metal to prevent oxidation. Wipe plates down after sessions in humid conditions and do not leave them outside or in an unventilated humid space long-term.
We are experienced in shipping heavy freight across Australia. Small orders (e.g., a pair of 5–10kg plates) ship via standard tracked courier. Large orders (e.g., full 150kg+ sets) are securely strapped to a pallet and dispatched via heavy freight carriers to arrive undamaged. Sydney Metro orders typically dispatch within 24–48 hours. Interstate orders generally arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location.

Thank god I found this and it's local. So sick of reading about bodgy workmanship or crap customer service...nd that's after paying a fortune for something you thought was quality. This bench is a beast. Looks like you could ride to battle in it yet it's easy to put together and move with the wheels. No it's not foldaway: it's an incline bench not a picnic table. I can lift with confidence knowing it's not going to wobble or buckle.
Sam easy going and helpful, I picked it up the next morning. They deliver too. Cheers.
